REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

 

Skills:

  • The ideal candidate enjoys learning, has proven analytical and troubleshooting skills.
  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
  • Strong time management skills as you’ll have multiple priorities to focus on in a week than often changes based on project demands
  • Must be a leader and self-starter that require little direction, as you will be part of a fast paced environment. Strong work ethic and the ability to work autonomously
  • Must have an entrepreneurial mindset – constantly thinking about how to implement the next big thing.
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Ability to work under pressure in deadline-driven environment
  • Excellent analysis skill and the ability to develop processes and methodologies
  • Must have superior verbal and written communication skills. Demonstration of good judgment; ability to know when to listen vs. ask questions
  • Ability to organize workload for effective, timely implementation of marketing campaigns and programs
  • Strong commitment to quality, process, and meeting established objectives
  • High level of proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point
  • Familiarity with concepts of software development lifecycle, lean software development, and customer driven design

Experience:

  • 1-3 years working with other roadmap, project management or ticketing applications such as Percolate, Jira, MS project

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, or relevant field of experience required 

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 1-2+ years professional experience as a Functional System Administrator / Configuration Manager / Solution Architect / Project Manager / Consultant / Technical Support Rep
  • 3+ years Workfront experience in a technical support capacity
  • Working knowledge in Workfront solutions as a customer, partner, or employee highly desirable
  • Demonstrated experience in planning, organizing, prioritizing and executing projects of varying complexity and delivering them within specified timeframes and budgets
  • Experience of working in an agency or other Marketing environment a plus
