POSITION SUMMARY STATEMENT:

 

This position will be responsible for the daily operations of the Member Recognition department. Will manage onsite pin and jewelry inventory and reconcile monthly expenditures with Corporate Finance department.  Individual will also ensure quality processes and excellent Member services are delivered. 

 

DETAILED RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES: 

 

  • Responsible for departmental Finance related matters, including, but not limited to creating, logging and submitting purchase requisitions and department expenses to be reconciled against the monthly net expense reports.  Incumbent also tracks, logs and submits reports to manager monthly for a department budget of approximately 3.8 million dollars
  • Monthly on site award inventory count and yearly inventory audit with Finance
  • Incumbent oversees fulfillment, shipping policies and procedures for the department. Responds to international and domestic Member award issues as well as sales awards coordinator issues.  Coordinates with vendors in regards to fulfillment issues, on-going and new projects.  Also responsible for follow-up Member inquiries--domestic and international
  • Identifies procedural opportunities and establishes innovative techniques to improve productivity and quality of service related to departmental operations
  • Review and make recommendations on the next course of action and/or possible resolutions on high profile cases
  • Facilitate departmental projects relating to process improvement, and work efficiencies

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

 

Skills

  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality regarding Member and Company information
  • Advanced level skills in Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint required
  • Ability to analyze and report accounting data to management
  • Crisis and deadline management skills required
  • Excellent problem solving skills.  Must display ability to make and stand behind decisions within realm of authority
  • Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills
  • Excellent planning, organizing, and leadership skills
  • Strong customer and results orientation

Experience:

  • 3 years of customer service or administrative support experience in a large corporate environment

Education

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent
  • Completion of basic accounting skills class required

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Completion of basic accounting skills class required
  • Direct Selling/Marketing industry experience
  • Working knowledge of Herbalife Business Systems
  • In-depth knowledge of the Herbalife Marketing Plan
  • In-depth knowledge of the Marketing Plan awards policies and procedures
  • Experience with Access and BI
