The Corporate Accountant will be responsible for certain aspects of the month-end, quarter-end and year-end close processes including preparation of journal entries, account reconciliations and other analyses as needed. The Corporate Accountant will also be responsible for preparing schedules and analyses for consolidated financial reporting and SEC reporting.



  • Prepare journal entries, account schedules, wire logs for the NAM (US, Puerto Rico and Canada) books.
  • Prepare G/L account and bank reconciliations to ensure accurate and appropriate recording of accounts
  •    Assist various NAM (US, Puerto Rico and Canada) departments with reclassification and/or research requests.
  • Assist with financial statement analysis for NAM (US, Puerto Rico and Canada) and answer potential inquiries from FP&A and consolidation
  • Assist with the preparation of monthly financial statement support schedules.
  • Assist in the preparation of schedules/analyses as required for quarterly and year-end SOX, external and internal audits.
  • Prepare schedules/analysis as required for governmental reporting (i.e. census reporting).
  • Assist with tax requests as requested for tax returns and transfer pricing
  • Ensure SOX controls are being performed and assist with periodic self-testing and reporting.
  • Assist in documenting and updating desktop procedures
  • Complete all financial reporting deadlines.
  • Understand full cycle of transactions processed.
  • Assist with or handle special projects.




  • Excellent analytical and communication skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong learning ability and problem solving skills
  • Intermediate or advanced Excel skills including pivot tables, VLOOKUP and high level functions
  • Strong time management skills and ability to be both effective and efficient in work
  • Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications
  • Proficiency with large Enterprise Resource Planning financial system such as Oracle, SAP or PeopleSoft 


  • 2-4 years of public or corporate accounting experience


  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance



  • Proficiency in Oracle
  • Experience working in both Public and Corporate Accounting
  • CPA preferred
