The Financial Analyst, SAM Regional Operations will be a key member of the LATAM (South America, Central America, Mexico and Brazil) Financial Planning and Analysis group and will provide support in all areas of financial planning and business analysis. The Financial Analyst will be responsible for the forecast and analysis related to the region’s revenue, SG&A, and capital expenditures and will provide KPI analysis related to Member activity within the region. The position will support regional/country finance managers with standard processes and procedures related to budgeting, investment and spending approvals and will work closely with regional management.



  • Support the annual budgeting and monthly forecasting processes (revenue, SG&A, expenses) for all the various LATAM markets and cost centers.
  • Support regional and country finance staff members with monthly forecasting, budgeting, and expenditure approvals.
  • Develop financial models and reports for trending and variance analysis.
  • Interpret financial transactions, events and post economic reviews for regional business leaders who make economic or business decisions.
  • Prepare monthly financial and business review presentations for regional management.
  • Work with the Corporate FP&A team to communicate significant LATAM region forecast/budget updates.
  • Ad hoc reports for regional and senior management.




  • Ability to create, run and maintain financial and analytical models
  • Familiarity with income, balance sheets and cash flow statements
  • Strong analytical aptitude and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint


  • 2-4 years’ experience in corporate finance or financial services consulting
  • Delivering results under pressure
  • Familiar with Financial Modeling and Financial Reporting Packages
  • Familiar with Enterprise Reporting Systems and OLAP Business tools
  • Solid communication, interpersonal and writing skills


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or related fields



  • Team player mentality and ability to effectively communicate with all levels, up through executive management
  • 5 years of experience in corporate finance or financial services consulting
  • Proven ability to present and explain financial data and analysis to both finance and non-finance audiences
  • Experience working with multi-national organization
  • Proficient in Spanish
