POSITION SUMMARY STATEMENT:

 

This is a Regional position based in Chicago, IL.

 

The Regional Manager objective is to support our Sales and Events strategies in their region. This role will analyze business metrics and discuss with local leadership to execute strategies towards our year MBO’s. This role will be the main contact with our Distributors in the region and a liaison for Distributor Relations and other departments as needed for any questions pertaining to, Marketing Plan Rules, Product related inquires and others. From an Events perspective, this role will support Success Training Seminars, Leadership Weekends, Extravaganza, Future President’s Team Retreats, Mega Schools by coordinating production/ agenda/ promotional calls, collecting and working on presentations and other tasks relating to the event. This position is expected to be out on the field with Distributors, visiting offices and Nutritional Clubs, by coaching Distributors with strategies and promotions pertaining to DMO’s (Daily Methods of Operations). This position requires travel 3-5 days to Extravaganza and Future President’s Team Retreat, and working some weekends when scheduled.

 

DETAILED RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES: 

  • Analyze and design business metrics presentations and meet with local S&P and Distributor Leadership to strategize for continued growth.
  • Conduct one-on-one meetings using metrics reports or Bizworks with Distributors to share how to use existing promotions, create reports, track personal performance and identify business trend for continue growth.
  • Maintain communication and build relationships with Distributors with the USA Latin and General market with the objective to understand Distributor trends, new sales opportunities and new Distributor support requirements, new ideas and potentially new promotions.
  • Visit HOM’s, University Classes, STS, Distributor Offices and Nutrition Clubs to support Distributors with marketing material, ensure that the Clubs are operating ethically and answer all Nutrition Club questions related to the rules in the Marketing Plan, provide confidence to Distributors during meetings, share numbers of growth and updates.
  • Plan and produce corporate events which consist of: speaker and locations when needed, develop agenda with leadership and speaker, coordinate logistical request with Operations department, work with registration staff to support event, presentations, etc.
  • Arrange Promotional, Agenda, Product, DMO, Recognition, and Committee conference calls when necessary.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

 

Skills:

  • Bilingual – must be fluent in Spanish with perfect speaking and writing skills
  • Must be proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint Outlook)
  • Detail oriented with the ability to prioritize time and work consistently to achieve established goals
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced and growing environment and quickly tackle dynamic challenges
  • Strong work ethic
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and with a team player disposition
  • Communicate effectively verbally and via email with Executives, Management, Cross functional departments and Distributors
  • Ability to prioritize projects and adapt to change quickly while working in a fast pace environment

Experience:

  • 6+ years customer service skills

Education:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent certification

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 5 years prior experience with independent Distributors
  • Expert knowledge of Herbalife’s Products and Marketing Plan
  • 5+ years prior experience in a direct-selling or network marketing company a plus
  • 3+ year public speaking skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business
