POSITION SUMMARY STATEMENT:
 
This position is responsible for increasing the effectiveness of IS’s Portfolio and Project Management processes and toolset by providing process and tool support to all groups within the IS organization. This position also will provide project management tool and process support services.
 
 
DETAILED RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES:
 
  • Support all IS Audits by serving as a Liaison and point of escalation for ongoing audits
  • Demonstrate excellent writing and editing skills and the ability to analyze responses to ensure they adequately address the questions or recommendations related to IS audits
  • Assist with the implementation, management, and reinforcement of policies and practices that ensure repeatable successful SOX compliance within the Herbalife IS organization.
  • Perform quantitative, qualitative & trend analysis of information using data analytics and other audit techniques
  • Strong communication skills and ability to interact effectively with direct managers, IS audit teams,  and External auditors
  • Support the ongoing maintenance of the project management methods and tools that are used as the standard within Herbalife IT.
  • Serve as backup administrator and user support for IT PMO’s Portfolio, Project, and Resource Management tool – Primavera, Clarity or any other PPM tool
  • Plan, track and coordinate all activities related to new software tool implementations
  • Responsible for building and delivering portfolio reporting and insights
  • Escalate issue to PMO manager as needed in a timely manner.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
 
Skills:
 
  • Primavera or related application and administration expertise
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in the use of the Microsoft Office suite of applications
  • Must possess exceptional multi-tasking, organizational, and analytical skills to successfully manage a heavy workload
  • Independent follow-through ability (attention to detail, monitoring and controlling)
 
 
Experience:
 
  • 3 - 5 years in the IT/Technology industry
  • 2 - 4 years of business experience
  • Experience in carrying out audit, controls and/or compliance activities
  • Experience in optimizing and improving end to end processes to drive efficiencies.
  • Understanding of compliance and assurance methodologies
 
 
Education:
 
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a field related.
 
 
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
 
  • 5 – 7 years working within a Program/Project Management Office
  • MS Project or other Project Management tool expertise
  • Experience utilizing industry standard Audit software solutions
  • Effective public speaking skills
  • Management of Information Systems degree or equivalent
