REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

 

Skills:

  • Superior customer service skills
  • Bilingual Spanish
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite applications
  • Strong analytical, organizational, planning and problem solving skills
  • Ability to type 40 wpm and 10 key by touch
  • Ability to maintain a professional demeanor at all times and interact effectively at all levels

Experience:

  • 2 years of customer service experience in a call center environment

Education:

  • High school diploma

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 6 years of customer service experience in a call center environment
  • Bachelor’s Degree
