The CRM Specialist will be part of the team that will lead our digital transformation and personalization efforts with Salesforce CRM. The specialist will support the CRM team, handling everyday tasks. The CRM Specialist will map and implement multi-channel customer journeys using Salesforce Marketing Cloud (email, SMS, Social Studio and Journey Builder) to help independent distributors increase Customer Monetization efforts. They will be responsible of measuring the success of the tool, helping segment leaders learn from the performance of their marketing campaigns.The CRM Specialist will orchestrate and assist in executing marketing plans throughout cross-divisional planning, execution, and recap phases, including ROI analysis where applicable. The position works under the direction of the Digital Marketing and Analytics Manager.




  • Operate on Salesforce Marketing Cloud daily either building a new journey in collaboration with MTS or applying changes to an existing journey
  • Assess effectiveness of  marketing campaigns in our CRM tool using Salesforce Analytics, Adobe Analytics and in-house tools
  • Provide daily insights to segment leaders in regards to their campaign performance. Highlight what is effective and what’s not
  • Meet periodically with Business Intelligence team to analyze the performance of the CRM tool. Provide recommendations to the CRM Manager
  • Assist the CRM Manager in mapping and executing customer journeys
  • Assist in the day to day administration of the CRM tool as directed
  • Participation in CRM Change Management Process to ensure best practice
  • Support the CRM Manager in effort to define and document functional CRM requirements
  • Act as key support in the creation and pre-deployment testing of workflow customization, report development and training documentation to support CRM Adoption, best practice, data management and reporting
  • Support in the planning, reviewing and customizing of the CRM application as needed to meet needs of the users
  • Coordination / participation in QA and UAT
  • Coordination of the roll-out of prioritized CRM initiatives / projects to end users, training users on CRM applications, and providing ongoing support to CRM users







  • Demonstrated understanding of consumer behavior and applying insights to daily work
  • Ability to effectively plan and execute marketing programs
  • Experience and demonstrated ability blending analytical and creative thinking
  • Consolidates information from various sources including feedback from others to reach sound decisions
  • Working knowledge of HTML/Email coding. Some experience building customer journey series and triggered alerts
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Tagging and coding requirements for tracking against a cross-channel environment
  • Experience in creating multi-channel customer journeys spanning email, SMS, Push, Social Media and Search Engine Marketing
  • Must be dynamic with flexible personality
  • Capable of changing on-demand and innovating rapidly
  • Demonstrate ability and  interest in applying and developing technical skills in the digital landscape


  • 3-5 total years of experience in Marketing campaigns, Communications, CRM, or related field; with at least 1-2 years of experience executing Marketing campaigns on Salesforce Marketing Cloud
  • 2-3 years of experience working with analytics, preferably Adobe Target


  •  Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field 


  • Bilingual (English – Spanish)
  • Copywriting skills
