The Specialist, Digital Marketing Content Strategy will assist with the development and execution of internal and external digital marketing strategies and activities for our websites within the NAM region. This position will be responsible for ensuring Herbalife tells a cohesive story about our brand through various channels (websites, e-mail, social platforms). Additionally, this role will promote our brand by improving the multi-user experience through the pillars of digital marketing (acquisition, retention, engagement, and conversion optimization) with personalized content.




  • Partner with internal departments to ensure proper online messaging, relevance, and consistency of messaging across multiple networks and online channels
  • Content creation, coordination, and deployment
  • Optimizing site merchandising and overall site experience
  • Working in various digital properties to improve KPIs or optimize various marketing campaigns
  • Provide SEO recommendations on all related content and maintain brands best practices guidelines.
  • Develop strategy for potential Paid Search and Paid Social Media ads as they relate to lead generation for both new distributors and new customers
  • Analyze online marketing efforts through various analytic tools and make actionable recommendations on the data metrics and related KPIs
  • Content calendar ownership to maintain balance of relevance and important communications, including email, to various stakeholders, distributors and customers
  • Cohesive content strategy through a focus on content personalization and engagement on all levels of the sales and marketing plan and for online personas
  • Lead flow conversion optimization within our B2B2C business MLM model: how leads become Distributors, and how customers buy more, and more frequently




  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Working knowledge of HTML and CSS
  • Ability to work with web publishing platforms
  • Assisting with development and deployment of digital advertising
  • Ability to solve practical problems and carry out responsibilities under general supervision.
  • Updating campaign briefs and status reports
  • Ability to organize workload for effective implementation

  • 2-4 years of experience using web development tools including CMS, HTML or other common frameworks
  • 2-4 years of experience with enterprise email provider such as Salesforce ExactTarget
  • 2-4 years of experience with Digital Marketing platforms and tactics
  • 2-4 years of SEO experience
  • 2-4 years of experience in web-based analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics
  • 2-4 years of experience with tracking metrics to measure results
  • 2-4 years of experience in a creative/marketing environment
  • Working knowledge of a multi-channel digital ecosystem


  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience


  • Proficient in Excel
  • Digital Marketing Certifications from Adobe, Google, Salesforce, etc.
