The Specialist, Partnership Engagement and Corporate Social Responsibility will support the development and implementation of the company’s global strategy and support engagement execution for partnerships and associations with target third party entities, including, non-profit, Non-Governmental Organizations (NGOs), philanthropic, social impact organizations and community leaders, as well as strategic external and public partnerships with all third party entities.


The role will have a results-driven approach, combining expertise in engagement with project-management, communication and campaign execution. The primary role of this function is to help increase global brand awareness, support experiences and help support the building and development of new partnerships to elevate credibility and visibility, and fortify the overall impact of Herbalife Nutrition’s relationships and associations with third parties.



  • Support development and implementation of a global strategy for engagement with third parties and entities
  • Support development and implementation of a global strategy for thought leadership with third parties, organizations, conferences, forums and key events
  • Manage key strategic special projects and events for Herbalife Nutrition supporting engagement, event activations and communications with third party entities
  • Assist with cross-functional programs to implement integrated third party and corporate social responsibility engagement strategy for key internal and external audiences
  • Collaborate with various internal departments and organizations to coordinate activities to better activate engagements with third parties
  • Contribute to team success including planning, organizing, developing work processes, leading and supporting team/department projects
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly and ad hoc metric/strategy reports as needed
  • Support assigned event details including timeline, deliverables, event program content and more
  • Conduct and coordinate regular research and testing of current programs and initiatives
  • Manage complex, ongoing work initiatives and projects simultaneously while meeting various deadlines efficiently and effectively




  • Ability to develop, strengthen and manage relationships with multiple internal and external stakeholders, and leading multi-stakeholder groups
  • Experience with quantitative and analytical tools and evaluation
  • Demonstrated success with analyzing quantitative and qualitative data
  • Must have excellent oral and written communication skills, multi-task oriented, creative, and passionate about social good
  • Proficient at working in a technical environment; ability to translate technical solutions into business goals and vice-versa
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams
  • Ability to manage behaviors and communication style to meet the needs of a wide range of situations; tackles obstacles appropriately; displays flexibility and ability to react positively to challenge and change
  • Well organized and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Must have high level of attention to detail

  • Combination of business management skills and a strong knowledge of engagement, partnerships and development of partnerships and coalitions


  • 5 year’s work experience with demonstrated success working with third parties and engagement
  • Experience working with nonprofit, NGO, philanthropic and community organizations
  • Demonstrated success with engagement with third party groups
  • Experience working with event and multi-tiered campaign activation
  • Demonstrated success with project management for complex and simultaneous initiatives


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Non-Profit Management or related field


  • Experience of working across multiple geographies
  • Knowledge of integrated communication and engagement strategies
  • Experience working for and/or with philanthropy, nonprofits and community organizations
  • Experience with vendors and third parties
  • Graphic design experience a plus
  • Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) preferred
