  • Ability to develop, strengthen and manage relationships with multiple internal and external stakeholders, and leading multi-stakeholder groups
  • Experience with quantitative and analytical tools and evaluation
  • Demonstrated success with analyzing quantitative and qualitative data
  • Must have excellent oral and written communication skills, multi-task oriented, creative, and passionate about social good
  • Proficient at working in a technical environment; ability to translate technical solutions into business goals and vice-versa
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams
  • Ability to manage behaviors and communication style to meet the needs of a wide range of situations; tackles obstacles appropriately; displays flexibility and ability to react positively to challenge and change
  • Well organized and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Must have high level of attention to detail
  • Self-directed with a strong bias for action and results
  • Ability to solve complex problems and develop new ideas that will enhance partnership results
  • Displays commitment to the organization and to professional and personal growth and development of teams; self-motivated and able to motivate and inspire others; asserts self appropriately to champion ideas; tells the truth in a direct and constructive manner
  • Combination of business management skills and a strong knowledge of engagement, partnerships and development of partnerships and coalitions


  • 5 year’s work experience with demonstrated success working with third parties and engagement
  • Experience working with nonprofit, NGO, philanthropic and community organizations
  • Demonstrated success with engagement with third party groups
  • Experience working with event and multi-tiered campaign activation
  • Demonstrated success with project management for complex and simultaneous initiatives


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Non-Profit Management or related field


  • Experience of working across multiple geographies
  • Knowledge of integrated communication and engagement strategies
  • Experience working for and/or with philanthropy, nonprofits and community organizations
  • Experience with vendors and third parties
  • Graphic design experience a plus
  • Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) preferred
