  • Strong planning and organizational skills;
  • Ability to analyze large sets of data and make independent judgments and decisions
  • Excellent approach to customer service;
  • Effective communicator (verbally and in writing), time management and problem solving skills
  • Ability to independently interact with executives, members, and cross-functional teams
  • Ability to organize workload for effective implementation under general supervision

  • Good interpersonal skills, attention to detail and PC skills; (intermediate excel)
  • Role involves some evening / weekend work, so candidate must be flexible in terms of working hours;
  • Bilingual in Spanish


  • Intermediate user of Word, Excel (formatting, pivot tables, lookups, charts), and PowerPoint
  • 5 years’ experience in Sales/Customer Service Departments; with 1-2 years of experience interacting with cross-functional teams


  • High School diploma or equivalent


  • Proficient in the Herbalife marketing plan
  • Experienced user of business intelligence platforms (MicroStrategy)
  • Bachelor’s Degree
