  • Digital marketing or communications background, with a thorough understanding of major online media, specifically Instagram, LinkedIn and Weibo, as well as other major social/digital platforms including Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Pinterest, WeChat and WhatsApp
  • Experience developing and implementing social media strategy for CEOs, high-profile executives, public figures or brand leaders
  • Ability to adapt writing and content needs to reflect executive’s personal voice and presence online
  • Must be able to flex between thinking strategically and implementing tactically, when needed
  • Possess a willingness to take initiative and propose new ideas, and be passionate about digital/social media
  • Must have exceptional oral and written communication skills, be multi-task oriented, and creative
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to operate at all levels within an organization
  • Ability to function as a team member and build strong relationships, both internally and with external vendors
  • Flexible and able to react positively to challenge and change
  • Must have high level of attention to detail
  • Proficient in Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator
  • Able to quickly grasp new platforms or existing familiarity with Spredfast, Sysomos, Omniture, Google Analytics, etc.


  • 8 years of digital marketing or social media experience, with 3 years working directly with CEOs, high-profile executives, public figures or brand leaders, and a minimum of 2 years managing an executive or public figure’s online presence, including blog, social media channels, etc.
  • Experience working across global markets, with the ability to take into account cultural diversity
  • Experience with agency/vendor and project management, including writing and presenting creative briefs


  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing or related degree 


  • Bilingual in Spanish or Mandarin
  • Familiarity with production needs and process
  • Understanding of direct selling and nutritional products business
  • Graphic design and photography experience a plus, including familiarity with Adobe Premiere, Lightroom, etc.
